Villa Cresta offers you an exceptionally luxurious well equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. The living area is bright and spacious with a bay window overlooking the front terrace with views down to the sea. The kitchen/dining room has patio doors to the garden. The 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, en-suite to the master bedroom which also has patio doors to a private balcony. Continue up the stairs, to the large roof terrace where the view is stunning. The jacuzzi awaits to relax you when watching the sunset or the twinkling stars and lights of Paphos and Pegia in the distance. The slight elevation secures superb views to the crystal clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Outside there is front and rear terraces, garden with gates to the quiet cul-du-sac which has plenty of turning space, BBQ, off street parking if required. You have all the main facilities in easy reach, whilst not being disturbed by traffic noise. Ideally suited for coastal walks, day trips. 

The kitchen is well set up with all you could need including a washing machine, cooker, hob, fridge freezer. There is also a useful ground floor cloakroom / WC.

The 3 bedrooms are all on the first floor, where the master bedroom (double) has a private balcony which has sea views and en-suite shower room. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are arranged as twins, with 2 single beds, both rooms have Sea views and a southerly aspect with distance views towards Coral Bay. There is a separate family bathroom with shower fitted over the bath. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults, there is also a travel cot.

Excitement starts when you continue up the stairs to the roof terrace – a private tiled area with your very own Jacuzzi, taking full advantage of the views down to Sea Caves and along the coast. ‘The’ spot to read a book, take your morning coffee, enjoy your meals, get an all over sun tan, etc. As mentioned already, the property has its own private  Jacuzzi, suitable for all year round use, enjoying similar views… the perfect start or end to any day!

The Sea Caves are within 100metres with quiet secluded coves and rock pools, where you can walk along the coast to the old Roman harbour and further to St Georges Bay, harbour and restaurant which is set on top of the cliff overlooking the harbour bay and island

There is one local restaurant within walking distance along the coast road to Coral Bay.

There is one small shop back on the main road within walking distance.



Within 5 to 10  minutes drive are supermarkets, Banks, bakery, restaurants, tavernas at Peyia and Coral Bay also the world renowned warm sandy beach of Coral Bay.


Within 15 minutes drive you arrive at Lara beach the famous Turtle beach hatchery and the start of the Akamas Nature reserve with off road tracks.

Within 20 minutes drive you have the Tombs of the Kings, the harbour, shops even Debenhams, big supermarkets. The old market for lace or a gift to take home. There are too many good restaurants to chose Fat mamas, Peach Blossom, Melanie Sienna, San Marino, Texs. 

Within in 30 minutes drive is Latchi beach with the fish restaurants along the Sea front.

The airport is about 35 minutes drive, Limassol is just over an hour with the Troodos Mountains and Nicosia a  bit further
